She began her career as a regional broker manager building the sales and distribution of the first new age beverage, Sundance Juice Sparklers. This included all channels of trade including grocery, mass, convenience stores, and food service. Sundance became a $100MM brand.
She went to work for Tropicana (later owned by PepsiCo) on the team who led the launch of single serve juices to the convenience and food service channels eventually sweeping the country and building the brand to the #1 juice in the immediate consumption business.
Debbie spent several years with 7-Eleven, Inc. managing non-carbonated beverages and developing several proprietary brands growing those businesses by 30 to 40% year over year. She became Director over all of center of the store products such as chips, snacks, confectionery, and household staples. And, then, became the first Senior Director in years over all beverages including vault and proprietary beverages building the businesses to nearly $4 Billion nationally.
Debbie followed with working in Executive Leadership positions for FRS Healthy Energy, Equa Water, and Bazi before becoming the Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer for MetaBrand, working with 100’s of early to mid-stage brands helping them navigate their launches in all aspects of business. She has served since as EVP of Global Sales for Hemp Fusion and President – Beverages Frey Farms.
